CMS 2008 Trip Details



CMS will host our Masters of Excellence winners, at the Atlantis Hotel in 2009!

Revenue:
Option 1- A minimum of $25,000 total new revenue on TNCI, sold from May 1st 2008 –thru Jan 31st 2009. All revenue most be credit approved and either installed or have pending installation date.

Option 2- A minimum of $40,000 in total new revenue including TNCI, will also qualify an agent for the trip. A minimum of $10,000 in total new revenue on TNCI must be sold as part of the $40,000 total revenue.
All revenue sold from May 1st 2008- thru Jan 31st 2009, most be credit approved and either installed or have pending installation date.

Trip Date:
Tentative timeframe: late Spring-early Summer 2009. Date details will be announced the summer of 2008.
6 days and 5 night’s accommodations provided.

Trip Location:

The Atlantis Resort in the Bahamas

Airfare:
As part of the trip airfare from the continental U.S. to the Bahamas will be included in the trip for our
agent and his/her significant other. Airline to be determined by CMS.

Events:
CMS will host several events, including an awards dinner. Details of the schedule will be released at
a later date.


Additional Terms:
  1. CMS and all of our carrier partners reserve the right to deny or modify credit guidelines as needed
    to ensure that the end customer has the ability to meet the requirements based on their projected monthly revenue.
  2.  Award(s) are non-transferable without the express written consent of CMS. CMS will be responsible for monitoring and maintaining all Promotional Period Sales numbers. CMS will directly award each Qualified Agent.
  3. Qualified Agents have no right to cash or other substitution for an Award. All Federal, state and
    local taxes, income and otherwise (if applicable), are the responsibility of the Qualified Agent. 
  4. Each “Promotional Period Sale” value will be calculated in accordance to the standard TNCI Estimated Monthly Usage (EMU) policy less a 15% reduction for realization.
  5. This Promotion and the Award are in addition to all other compensation and promotions available from CMS to Qualified Agents. The Award shall be considered an additional New Business Bonus. As such, the Award is subject to “true-up” and “claw-back” provisions in the event there is any
    variance between actual billing and/or estimated monthly usage, including, but not limited to, repossession of the Award, “charge back” of commissions equal to the full dollar value of the Award.
    The terms and conditions of the Agent Agreement between CMS and Qualified Agent shall govern
    the relationship between the parties except as specifically referenced herein.
  6. CMS and the participants in this Promotion agree to execute any further documents necessary in
    the future to effectuate the intent and objectives of this Promotion. Qualified Agents may be required to execute forms, prior to receiving any prize, releasing CMS, its affiliates, related parties, or agencies and their collective officers, directors, shareholders and employees from any and all liabilities. Non-compliance with these terms and conditions may result in disqualification.
    Qualified Agents may be required to complete IRS forms.
  7. Qualified Agent shall redeem and use the Award on or before June 30,2009 or Agent shall forfeit the Award. CMS is not responsible if any Award cannot be awarded or utilized due to circumstances beyond its control such as: Acts of God, Acts of War, natural disasters, or terrorism. CMS will
    be responsible if any Award cannot be redeemed due to scheduling conflicts of the winning
    Qualified Agent.
  8. Agent must have a current CMS contract in place, with assigned agent ID and be in good standing
    with CMS.
