General Shipping Information

For us to ship an order same-day, the order must be received by 3pm PST (Pacific Standard Time). Most
in stock orders ship same-day. Same-day shipping on direct ship items depends on the manufacturer's
availability; however, the items will usually ship within 24-48 hours. BlackBerry BES licensing sales are restricted to the U.S., if an international purchase is made the license must be registered to a U.S. based company.

Our shipping department operates Monday through Friday, except on holidays observed by UPS.
UPS can only ship to street addresses - no PO boxes - within the 50 US States, Canada, Puerto Rico, and the US Virgin Islands.

Our cutoff time for same-day shipping is 12pm PST (Monday - Friday) for in stock items.

All orders placed Friday after the 12pm PST cutoff time or on Saturday / Sunday / Holidays will ship on the following business day.

If there are any problems with your order (i.e. incompatible or out of stock products, trouble with your shipping address, etc) you will be contacted promptly by both phone and email, so please double check that the contact information you provide is accurate!

Shipping Methods and Charges
For items shipping from our location, we offer:
UPS Ground 1-5 Business Days
2 Day Air 2 Business Days, typically by the end of the day
Next Day 1 Business Day, typically by 10:30 a.m.

For all services, a "day" is a normal business day, not a weekend or holiday. Overnight orders shipped on Friday will arrive Monday. Second day orders shipped on Thursday will arrive Monday.

Order Status
We typically send out email tracking numbers by 5pm PST the day your item ships.
For direct shipped items, tracking numbers may not be available until 24 hours after the item ships.

Shipping Policies

If you would like to request a particular delivery time or date, please contact us before placing your order. Please note that special requests, including evening delivery, may require additional charges and may delay your delivery.

Any refused shipments will be subject to an automatic 20% restocking fee.

CMS Return Policy
CMS offers a 30-day return policy on all Top Global Routers sold. The 30 days begin on the day you receive your shipment. After receiving your return in good condition, CMS will issue a full refund less shipping charges.

Cradlepoint routers - May be returned if unopened, unused and can be sold as new. Products in resaleable condition (without price tags, clean, undamaged, unopened and complete in the original manufacturer packaging). All products deemed not in stock balance condition will be returned to the customers at their expense. Defective product that will not operate or is dead on arrival (D.O.A.) can be returned.

You must contact CMS within 14 days of receiving your item to receive an RMA. Upon receiving the RMA, you will have 10 days to return the product to us.

Products that are damaged, scratched, not clean, or missing their original packaging will not be accepted for refund.

Blackberry Return Policy: Technical support is not returnable. Software can be returned for credit if there is a replacement order of equal or greater value for the same end user.
